Who owns the Riddle house now?

 I think no one important owns the Riddle House. It hasn't been 
mentiond since the end of GOF, and it was stated in the book that 
there have been several owners since the deaths of the Riddles. Also 
the current owner of the hose was said to keep it only for taz 
reasons. I think that if a wizaring family owned the house, they 
wouldn't need to keep a house for tax reasons, they don't seem to have 
to pay taxes to the British Government

 One thing you should remember is that Tom, now Voldemort, hated 
everything about his past. He hated it so much that he killed it. The 
only reason why he used the house in the first place was because he 
needed the graveyard down the hill from the house. 

I think the Riddle House has no significance in the novels anymore.
