GEO: It would seem otherwise. The Time Turner is limited in its
powers 
more specifically you can't alter what has already happened, any time 
turning you do has already occured and has been accounted for by time 
as seen in the Prisoner of Azkaban novel where the future version of 
Harry saves himself otherwise Dumbledore could have used it to kill 
Voldemort as a baby or vice versa?
