I disagree, although it might happen that the FAQ poll would only be
inclusive of 'unimportant' questions I kind of, well actually, I do
believe that JKR would consider it cowardly and cheap not to put at
least one question up that she really doesn't want to answer. 
I know I profess to know a lot about a person I have never met but JK
really comes across as a person who would prefer a real challenge over
the soft option anyday. I do think that she hasn't taken the soft
option and that at least one of the FAQ each time is worth its weight
in galleons... maybe its not the Neville question, maybe it is, but
either way I think the main reason it goes unanswered is because this
cannot be a priority in her life now, she has huge things going on now
and that's fine by me. I know how to wait...
