While I agree that most probably the one /born/ and the one /will be
born/ is the same person and repeating is just a feature for confusing
predictions, I think that "either"/"neither" and "other" may be three
persons rather than only two:

If I stop here, then it should be quite dispassionate and logical. The
"other" *may be* as well *may not be* one of those two.
