Should we assume that you must be an Occlumens to use a Pensieve?  Just 
because we've only seen Snape and DD do it doesn't mean they are the 
only ones who can, does it?  I don't understand why you would have to 
be able to discern whether someone else is telling the truth in order 
to remove your own thoughts.  Am I missing something?
