Confusion with Harry and Ginny

Hi Potterphiles!
 When I read:

"Harry's thoughts strayed to Ginny.They had not met up with 
her,thought Harry, because she and Dean were cosily closeted in Madam 
Puddifoot's teashop, that haunt of happy couples. Scowling, he bowed 
his head and trudged on."

I actually thought the reason Harry was scowling was because he was 
thinking of the disasterous time he had with Cho at M Puddifoots! I 
was totally clueless that there might be another reason. Was I the 
only in the dark?
