Morgan here: I disagree. I think Neville definitely has a problem, but I don't think it is ADD - his problem is primarily memory. It's been said before, but I think he was there when Bellatrix was torturing his parents (not sure if he saw it or was also tortured). I think Neville suffers from overuse of memory charms in order to erase these memories from his mind.
