How will LV be destroyed?

goblins, etc) contrive to drop Stinksap all over LV and the DEs 
during the battle. The Dementors enmasse lunge at him, suck out what 
is left of his soul, do the same to the DEs, go into a feeding 
frenzy and orgy .... and tragically (NOT) overdose on Stinksap.  
Thus Harry's soul (and those of his friends) remains intact as he 
has not directly murdered LV and yet he manages to rid the Wizarding 
World of this most evil of Wizards.
