Whatever you may want to think of and/or however you may want to 
call Merope's behaviour, Tom Sr. *had not* consented to love her.

And what exactly did you think that the Vance girl wanted to do with 
Harry if she knew it'd only last for 24 hours?  The least I can come 
up with is some rough snogging, x.x
