Please forgive me if this has already been discussed. I haven't been
able to keep up with all the discussion.

But is there somewhere in the book which states love potions can be
worn as perfume and actually be effective? I don't remember this, but
certainly could have missed it. HBP seemed to imply that love potions
need to be ingested.
