I believe that Snape had borrowed DD's pensieve for the occlumency 
lessons, (but don't have my books at hand to provide canon).  In this 
case, he would have retrieved his memories prior to returning the 
pensieve to DD.  However, the DD's pensieve is still at 
Hogwarts...presumably filled with DD's memories...interesting.
