  I seriously doubt it.  We've never been given any hint that  Hermoine's 
parents aren't her parents.  And even if it were the one subject  Hermoine won't 
talk about, I'm sure she would have opened up to Harry, who is an  orphan.
 
  On the other hand, Slughorn mentions that he once taught a wizard  named 
Granger.  Possibly Hermione's magical genes finally resurfaced in the  Muggle 
branch of the family (or the other Granger was also muggle-born).
