I agree with you Jen. I'd go further to say that Voldemort also made 
the mistake of taking "the flesh of a servant freely given" from a man 
that owes his life to Harry Potter. I wonder whether this too will play 
a part in Voldemort's down fall..."Wormtail, did you neglect to tell me 
that you owe your worthless, pathetic life to Harry Potter? 
Crucio!"...dunno, does that bond transfer with the flesh? We shall see 
in book 7 I guess....
