Has anyone noticed how ONLY Death Eaters or dark wizards/witches refer
to Lord Voldemort as "The Dark Lord"? I was rereading OotP and that
happens a lot, particularly with Snape. 


I think that the respect that VD's followers have for him is a lot greater than any one else.  They certainly have a lot more to fear from him.
