I attributed the pheonix song in the graveyard to have come from the
core of Harry's and Voldemort's wands. Both wands contained a feather
from Fawkes's tale which is why the reverse wand effect happened. I
Beleived that the song came from the phoenix feather, and that harry
drew comfort from it because he associated phoenix song with Fawkes
and Dumbledore.
Of course, it is possible that Fawkes maintained some connection with
Harry through the feather in the wand. But would he also maintain a
connection with LV who also had possession of a feather? After all,
Fawkes appears to be a force of good. I'd certainly be interested to
know what Voldemort was thinking and feeling during the reverse wand
effect!
