I have my own wild theory.

I don't think Dumbledore is dead. I think Snape and he
set this up in advance. I think JK gave us a tip to
that effect when Harry said he could hear a tone of
begging in Dumbledore's voice when he was talking to
Snape.

Also Harry thought he saw a phoenix  rise from the
pyre that created ther tomb.
