Yeah, I can't discern any *UST* between Snape and Narcissa either. 
If there is any kind of tension during the Spinner's End scene it's 
between Bellatrix and Snape. Not unresolved, though. Their bickering 
makes it sound like it's been resolved long since and not entirely 
to Bella's satisfaction.
