I'm sorry, but that statement knows absolutely no sense, given 
what we know about Voldemort.  What we know beyond a doubt is 
that Voldemort cares for no one but himself.  We know that 
Voldemort presumably does not understand love, and probably fears 
it.  Therefore, why would Voldemort care enough to make an 
Unbreakable Vow with Voldemort that includes a clause for the 
Professor to protect Draco to the best of his ability?  If 
anything, I'd think Voldemort would include a clause to protect 
the mission at all costs, not the boy.
