Probably not much. Arthurian names are pretty hard to avoid in England. I would be 
surprised if there was some huge connection between Ginny and Regulus. But it is 
interesting to wonder.

"Regulus," IIRC, means 'little king' or prince--there was a lot of speculation just a few 
months ago that HE might have been the HBP. And "Arcturus" means 'guardian of the 
bear'--do we know any bears in canon?
