Yes, but only in Slytherin House bigotry is regarded as virtue. Of 
course it is not called *bigotry* there. It is called "natural 
nobility" or some such thing. In other houses, however, bigots are not 
encouraged. Do you think that shunning the establishment famous for 
promoting bigotry is in itself bigotry? I can't imagine why.
