[HPforGrownups] Another Foe-Glass Question

All this talk of  the foe glass has me wondering.  Does the foe glass have
to "belong" to someone so that it shows only their enemies?  Or can it show
the enemies of whoever is looking into it at that time?

I got to wondering that too, the other day, when I was  watching the GOF
movie. But, I suppose, if Harry could see Crouch JR. in the foe glass when
he looked into it, he probably wouldn't recognize him until the pensieve
scene and then he might still not be able to put it all together. Sorry if
I'm not making sense. I'm really sleep deprived.
