	There is a difference between passing on overheard information and 
actively working as a spy. It is still a question mark for whom Snape is 
working; although surface appearances certainly point towards his 
working for Voldemort, there is considerable evidence that he was 
working for the Order, or, more precisely, Dumbledore.
