CH3ed:
At my school when you're given a school award the plague remains at 
the school showcase with your name etched on it, but you get to keep a 
mini plague yourself. Perhaps it is the same way at Hogwarts and LV 
has his own mini-trophy beside the original one showing in the Trophy 
Room.
