I did not make my point clear enough.
No, I don't think Harry is to be blamed for Sirius' death. But when HE
blames SNAPE for it, then we should consider, that his own responsibility -
mainly to forget about the mirror - is much more important than Snape's.
That is, if he points at Snape blaming him, four of his fingers point at
himself.
