Bart:
	You forget one small item: Dumbledore is thrown off the parapet, and 
falls to the ground, below. This, to me, gives three major possibilities 
(eliminating, for example, the possibility of Dumbledore still being 
alive), in reverse order of likeliness:
	
	1) Snape killed Dumbledore with the AK spell.
	2) Snape used a mental spell immediately before to throw Dumbledore out 
of the range of the AK spell, but it threw him off the parapet.
	3) Snape was keeping Dumbledore alive; he mentally removed the spell, 
and THEN cast the AK spell.
