Now I had another enlightment :D
What if Peter has a dual personality - a person cowed into service by Voldemort and a person who deep inside loathes and hates Voldemort to the point of being his enemy.
Now what we saw in GOF graveyard scene was from HPs POV. What if the blood that was put in the cauldron was not HPs but Peter's himself. Yup, no cannon proof for that or an explanation on how Voldy was able to touch HP after that.. but just a thought on Peter as good and bad.
