Hi list members, Corey again. Why I think Rita Skeeter might 
just be in book 7:

1. 'Cause she can't stay a beetle for ever.

2. 'Cause I think some people miss her.

3. And after all she has to write the truth now, doesn't she or 
she gets found out as an Animagus. 

4. The last reason I think she'll come back is cause she likes 
writing stories and she'd have plenty to write about the MoM's 
ineptitude.
