Happy  Holidays!  

As you all know by now, JKR updated her website and one of the debunked 
rumors is "the Sorting Hat is a Horcrux."  (Was that *really* a rumor 
or just a popular fan speculation?)

To me, "Harry is a horcrux" would be something much more significant to 
debunk if it is indeed untrue.  So by her NOT commenting on it, does 
that make it more likely to be true?  I hate that idea, and when I saw 
the comment about the Sorting Hat, my heart just sank...
