This was not an Unbreakable Vow, it was a simple magical contract.
Up to now we only saw one UV, the one in Spinner's End, and it was very much
different from the situation we saw in the Hog's Head in OotP. Furthermore,
the only Vow we have seen was not broken as far we could see.

The entire discussion about the function of the UV is based on the
assumption, that Ron does *not* tell us the truth, or at least not all of
it.
Hm, can be an interesting discussion (like the discussion about Dumbledore
being in Gryffindor - or not), but it could easily become one of the rumours
blown away by JKR on her homepage ;).
