I think the idea really is you are not supposed to be able to 
apparate inside Hogwarts *at all* (unless you are a House Elf), 
regardless of aim, destination, etc.  Maybe there is some sort of 
loophole/exception for life-threatening situations as there is in 
the Reasonable Restriction for Underage Sorcery?
