He has to avenge the death of his parents. So I'm afraid the Dursley issue will be put on 
the back burner so to speak.

I have always thought it would be just desserts for the
Dursleys if, for their protection, they agree to let Harry hide them
(possibly after the Death Eaters destroy their home on Privet Drive). 
What better place for Harry to put them in "thanks" to all those 
years of "hospitality" but Grimmauld Place. Just imagine Vernon
facing Mrs. Black and that whole house full of magic. Heehee.
