Although we observe time as linear, that is not its true nature. It's a
bit like a "What came first, the chicken or the egg?" thing. There is
no beginning or end of the time loop, and the "past" event doesn't
necessarily occur before the "future" event, except from our limited
perception. You can jump into the loop at any point (sort of).
Theoretically, anyway.
