Tonks now:

The woman has born 7 children, she has more than fullfilled any duty 
she has to society and to her husband. AND she cared for them and 
her husband, and home schooled them for God sakes. She doesn't have 
to work one more day!!  I *totally* disagree with you. She can work 
if she wants to, but she doesn't have to. Besides she does work for 
the Order too. And being a homemaker she does a lot more than her 
Husband does, even when there are no children at home. The poor 
woman works like a house elf!!
