Geoff:
Yes, but we /are/ talking about a magic flying motorbike. Whether 
HArry would have an opportunity to use that in the world of UK 
driving licences and traffic lights is open to question.

I have a mental picture of him being flagged down by a wizard on a 
Firebolt with a flashing blue light clamped to the bristles.
