Squibs *can't* see dementors.  But squibs can *FEEL* dementors, just like a wizard can, 
ever so much more than a muggle can, and squibs can certainly be coached before an 
illegal trial in how to describe what dementors look like when they're chasing their prey!  };->

Whaaaaat?  Doesn't anyone else here think that maybe Dumbledore instructed Mrs. Figg in 
what a dementor attack would LOOK like?
