Yeah, go back and you can lots of ancestors and relatives...most of 
them dead. But at what point are you no longer related to the 
living? Is my great-great-great-grandfather's great-great-great-
great niece still my cousin? At some point you no longer share blood 
(DNA). And if you have a few generations of one child families it 
could happen pretty quick.
