JJPandy's reply:
Perhaps Lupin's transformation on the night of the full moon was
delayed because he had taken all of his other doses that week (6 out
of the 7 required). Maybe the effects of the previous nights' doses
were wearing off and the sight of the full moon triggered the
transformation.
