Del replies:
I explained that the Traveler would use one of the Time Devices found
in the Time Room in the DoM, because I assume that there might be some
kind of Mega-Time-Turner in there, something that would go back years,
decades, maybe even centuries. It's just an assumption of course. As I
said, I don't have a shred of canon to back my theory :-)
