Oh please.  There is no excuse for child abuse.  PERIOD.  There is no
excuse for letting it go on.  PERIOD.  There is no excuse for using a
child as a tool.  PERIOD.  There is no excuse for allowing Harry to
grow up without dedicated and loving adult support.  PERIOD.  There is
no excuse for Dumbledore's lack of care.  PERIOD.
