I might have missed this somewhere along the line, but what happened to 
both sets of Harry's grandparents? I would have thought they would have had 
a pretty good claim on the orphaned child, and Dumbledore would have no 
right or authority over them to say/choose who raises Harry, and where he 
should be raised. I can't think where it was mentioned.
