It was in the march chat last year. The link should be at Quick 
Quotes Quill. However, although she said, that they are not 
particularly important, she also promised us, that we will learn a 
bit more about them. Many fans (and I, too) think, that Voldemort or 
some Death Eaters killed them, too, at least the Evans parents, and 
that this has something to do with Petunia's hatred for the wizarding 
world.
