I agree with you Richard, F&G have absolutely no interest or 
whatsoever in becoming prefects, life to them is all about having 
fun. They sort of remind me of the Marauders, they just wanted to 
have some fun. Besides, what would be the point of secret perfects? 
to spy on Harry and Co?
