Here, here! The whole point of being prefect is to maintain the 
order in a very "public" and straightforward way. I have a badge and 
if you won't behave I make you regret. There can't be anything 
secret about it. Secrecy implies eavesdropping, spying and 
reporting. Now, even is DD stoop to such tactics, which I don't 
believe, I am sure Fred and George would never agree to such an 
offer.
