I think Draco's fan club is populated with the optimist in all of 
us.  We've all known people who are so far from our own life-view as 
to be nearly considered "evil" and most of the time we merely wish 
that their sheer ignorance could be wiped away and they would be 
brought around to our side, the "good" side.  I think every single 
reader would love Draco to wake up and see Harry's reality – that 
maybe killing off all the muggles and muggleborn isn't such a good 
idea.  However, most of us do know that there's about a snowballs 
chance of hell of that happening, because it simply isn't realistic.  
Can anyone think of a single scenario – plausible scenario – that 
could cause Draco to change his spots?  Let's face it, kids who are 
raised in an atmosphere of bigotry and hatred RARELY change.
