Carol notes:
Yes, it's the same bit. It must be an error in the American
(Scholastic) edition. Mine (p. 370) says fifteen. Wonder if JKR knows?

Carol, guessing that it was JKR's error originally and that the
English editor caught it but the American editor didn't
