Cunning spirit:
Even after the last novel comes out, there IS potential for more Potter material being
published. After all, Rowling claims to have BOXES of backstory scribblings. I have heard
rumors that a possible "Harry Potter Encyclopedia" may be assembled from some of this
stuff. As an illustrator, what I'd really love to see is a collection of Rowling's drawings from
the Potterverse in print. I've seen a half dozen or so of these pieces and they really add a
lot to how I've imagined her world.
I think that like the Tolkien franchise, we'll likely see more stuff about Harry and his
friends long after the close of book seven.
