I can't see that happening at all.  That would be like Snape saying  'thank 
you' to James after getting saved from Remus.  All it would do is  make Drao 
hate Hermione more.  She's a mudblood, and it would be  embarassing to be saved 
by her.  I think he'd take it as and insult, and,  if asked, would say that 
he'd rather die than be saved by  Hermione.
