Tonks here:

I assume that Harry is near sighted. I am very near sighted and if I 
dropped my glasses I would be totally helpless... practically blind. 
I think that this may be what she is talking about. Somewhere in the 
future, he is going to have his glasses whisked away and he will be 
helpless in battle. He will have to rely on other people to help him 
to even find his way out of the door or what ever. It is our hero's 
greatest weakness. Wonder what LV's greatest weakness is?
