I don't think Snape works for Voldemort, but I don't think he's on 
Harry's side either; after all the world is not divided between good 
people and Death Eaters. Some very bad people are not Death Eaters. 
By the way Inkling, your post was the most intelligent analysis of 
the books that I've read in a long time.
