Carol notes:
As I mentioned long ago, it will be a bit hard to prove that Sirius is
dead without a body, and with only teenagers, DEs, and Order members
who don't want to blow their cover as witnesses. How can DD or anyone
else prove that he's not still a criminal on the run? it would be
easier to prove his innocence (catch Peter and bring him in) than to
prove his death.
